Research Interests
Professor Vincent Tao, Canada Research Chair in Geomatics, is studying integrating spatial mapping and visualization for sustainability research. He is an internationally recognized innovator, and has received numerous international awards for his pioneering research in geomatics and distributed spatial visualization. He also serves as Editorial Board Member for five international journals, has published over 150 papers, and supervised over 60 students.
